BOXX ARMCHAIR Collection

Locally manufactured.

Fully upholstered shell with hint of cubism, in your specified fabric or COM/CMT.  Fitted to choice of various leg and base options including tapered steel tube legs or tubular steel sleigh base in choice of 23 epoxy colours; solid Ash timber leg natural or stained, monocoat or lacquer; four prong Alumiminum swivel base; four prong Nylon swivel base; and lastly, 5 star castor base in Black Nylon or polished Aluminium.

Applications include fine Dining, Hotel room desks, Boardroom, Visitors and Pause Area.

BOXX OCCASIONAL Collection

Locally manufactured.

Fully upholstered shell with hint of cubism, in your specified fabric or COM/CMT. Fitted to choice of various leg and base options. 

Ideal for any occasional or lounge seating application including reception, pause area, hotel bedroom etc.

BENTWOOD Collection

In the 1830’s Michael Thonet a German-Austrian cabinetmaker commenced his attempt to make furniture from glued and bent timber. Almost two decades later in 1851, his classic bentwood chair debuted at the World Fair in London.

The BENTWOOD collection is manufactured by FAMEG in Poland which was established by the brothers Thonet in 1881. The original bentwood chair is still manufactured there using the same basic bending principles assisted by modern technology.

CONNECT Collection

A hardworking range of scratch resistant Chrome frames with Polyprop seats (plain or upholstered) and Polyprop backs. Applications are varied and include Training, Visitors, Church and most other general contact seating applications.

GABER Collection

Gaber offers a vast selection of flexible solutions for fitting out commercial and hospitality areas, whether casual or more formal. An extensive array of finishes and custom options make for the creation of both specialized and multi-purpose spaces.

Gaber wholly embraces the “Made in Italy” principle by balancing good design and craftsmanship with industrial manufacturing. Production efficiency combined with ongoing research and development and great attention to detail, results in versatile, practical and durable furnishings. Decades of experience in the injection-moulding of plastics and the processing of metals enable Gaber to step up effectively to the challenges of supplying cutting edge design and quality. The product collection includes contract, task, office and soft seating; outdoor furniture, tables of various types, worksurfaces, sound absorption systems and, various furniture accessories.

Gaber is represented in South Africa by Tabletops Furniture. A carefully selected number of popular ranges will be carried in stock locally. The balance of requirements for projects and specialized applications will be available by special import.

EON Collection

The iconic chair designed by Xavier Pauchard in 1956 with a variety of Barstools which were introduced more recently forms the basis for the EON collection. Manufactured from galvanized steel, the EON range is finished locally in a multitude of epoxy colours. Other local enhancements include upholstered seats for added comfort or a timber seats for warmth and texture.

FLINT Collection

Locally manufactured, this collection takes clues from the industrial style of old schools, factories and other industrial spaces. These pieces are created from steel with a vintage finish and the added warmth of solid timber. Ideal for retro style restaurants, bistros, bars and cafes.

GIGOLO COLLECTION

Locally manufactured, the GIGOLO collection comprises chairs, armchairs and barstools of tubular steel and moulded beech plywood construction. Finish options are varied, including 23 frame colours. Low maintenance seat and back options include show-wood in mono-coat oil or conventional lacquer (natural or stain). For added comfort, upholstery is optional in either contemporary or vintage styles. Attention to detail extends to the use of colour-coded rivets and screws.

GLOBE Collection

The GLOBE collection centred around a classic tub-shape polypropylene shell with a contemporary twist. This shell can be left in polyprop form for low maintenance casual seating; fitted with upholstered seat panel for improved comfort and the opportunity to add more colour or texture; and fully upholstered for a more luxurious or formal look. Six diverse leg and base options make the GLOBE range suitable for a broad spectrum of seating applications including canteen, restaurant, meeting room, pause area, visitors, occasional and general-purpose use.

KODA Collection

Designed in Italy for Canteen, Office and Community applications, this collection typifies the term “contract seating”. Applications include Canteen, Training, Office, Visitors, Pause and Reception. A total of seven leg or base options are available. Other choices include low-maintenance polypropylene seats or upholstered panels for increased comfort.

LEAF Collection

This collection is built around the LEAF Chair which proved its strength and durability in educational applications in the US and UK markets. Ideal for a variety of contract seating applications including training, conference, auditorium, worship and community. Complementary products include Task or Draughtsman and Beam seating. Writing tablets, Linking devices and other add-ons are available.

OBI Collection

An Italian original by Allegro Design. The OBI collection employs a polypropylene shell which can be left in entirely polyprop form or, fitted with an upholstered seat panel or, fully upholstered. Upholstery is done locally and customers own material can be used. Various leg and base options make this range suitable for a broad spectrum of applications including canteen, restaurant; meeting room, community, training and general purpose use.

URBAN Collection

Photo-engraving of the seat surface and superimposed, double design on the perforated back sets this Italian mono-shell apart from the others. URBAN is a true contract range with a multitude of uses and applications, enhanced by many optional extras (linking devices, writing tablets, trolleys etc).

YEBO COLLECTION

Designed and manufactured in Italy. The YEBO collection employs a polypropylene shell which can be left in entirely polyprop form or, fitted with an upholstered seat panel or, fully upholstered. Upholstery is done locally and customers own material can be used.
